REFUND AND RETURNS* POLICY
If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you have the option to return the item to us in new, unused condition with the security ribbon still attached and carefully packed up with all
original packaging (box, dust bag, cups, cups dust bad and pillow) within 28 days of receipt.
A refund will be issued upon receipt and examination; however, please be aware that returns cannot be accepted if the security ribbon is removed from the item. Returns not in accordance with our policy will be declined and sent back to you. It is advisable to return items in their original or similarly robust shipping packaging, accompanied by a completed Returns Form.

Please note that the shipping and return postage are your responsibility, with customers outside the UK responsible for all duties and taxes. Apply the enclosed return label and send back the items in a securely packaged box or bag via a courier, along with the completed return form and original sales receipt. Keep in mind that the product is your responsibility until it is received and signed for by us, and we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
For added security, we recommend using a traceable courier that can insure your parcel. Obtain proof of posting and keep it safe.
