The motif of this embroidered fabric consists of a hundred tiny copper, yellow and rose gold cranes rapidly flying over a pearl white background representing the ocean. The slightly curved direction of the cranes’ flight confers movement and

dynamism to the whole piece.

In Japan, Fu, meaning Wind, is identified with the freedom of movement. It represents breathing, and the internal processes associated with the respiration supporting the body, giving it strength and the ability to move. Wind is the motion element and is characterised by movement, evasiveness, strengthening, and supporting. Mentally and emotionally, it represents an open-minded attitude and carefree feeling.

In Buddhism it can in some ways represent the human mind’s growth, when in the process of learning it acquires new knowledge and experiences.

Fu is a symbol of Growth, Expansion and Freedom

All the Collection Corsets are size UK 8 (EU40).
However, the fit can be slightly different depending on the thickness of the specific Obi used.

The main measureaments in centimetres are:

Waist size 67 cm
Bust size 88 cm
High hip 84 cm.

Our corsets are made to gently squeeze the waist by 2 to 4 cm from the actual “relaxed” waist measurement. Our Collection Corsets are tailored for a “relaxed” waist size of 70 cm, but the corset will actually embrace your waist from 66 to 68 cm, thanks to an internal adjustable belt, which will help you to close the Corset at your comfortable measurement.
